Terms of Service

By creating an account or using HanzeeLabs you accept these terms and the Privacy Notice. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.

HanzeeLabs is a platform for 3D design and printing businesses that offers a price calculator, PDF quotes, a client directory and a business profile. The service is currently in beta and free of charge.

Because it is a beta, the service may change, be interrupted or stop being offered, and it may stop being free. If paid plans come in the future, we will announce them in advance.

• You must provide truthful information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens in your account.
• You must have the legal capacity to accept these terms.

You must not use the platform for:

• Illegal activities or activities that violate third-party rights.
• Trying to access accounts, data or systems without authorization.
• Interfering with the operation of the service or overloading it.
• Uploading malicious content or content you have no right to use.

The data, logos and quotes you record are yours. You grant us the permission needed to store and process them for the sole purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for having the authorization to record your clients' data.

The calculator and quotes are a support tool based on the data you enter. The prices you decide to charge are your responsibility; HanzeeLabs does not guarantee that the results are suitable for your business.

The service is provided "as is" with no guarantee of continuous availability. To the extent the law allows, HanzeeLabs will not be liable for indirect losses, loss of data or loss of profits arising from the use of the service. We recommend keeping a copy of important information.

You can stop using the platform and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

We may update these terms and we will publish the current version here. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
