Privacy Notice

HanzeeLabs, located in Colima, Colima, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexican data protection law for private parties. HanzeeLabs is a platform for 3D design and printing businesses that offers a price calculator, PDF quotes and a client directory, available at hanzeelabs.com.

We collect the data you give us when you use the platform:

• Account: first name, last name, email and password (stored encrypted). If you sign up with Google there is no password: we receive your name and email from Google.
• Business profile: business name, logo, contact details and the address you choose to enter.
• Clients and quotes: your clients' data (name, contact, address) and the quote information you record.
• Preferences: language, currency and calculator defaults.

You can create your account or log in with Google. We request only the basic identity scopes (openid, email and profile), so we receive from Google only your name and your email address. We don't access your Gmail, Drive, contacts, calendar or any other data in your Google account.

We use that data only to create your account, let you log in and show your name inside the platform. It is stored in Supabase, tied to your account, just like the data of an account created with email and password.

HanzeeLabs' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We don't sell Google user data, use it for advertising or profiling, give it to data brokers or use it for credit decisions. We don't use it to develop, improve or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. We don't transfer it to third parties either, except to the providers that run the platform on our behalf, described below.

You can revoke HanzeeLabs' access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, and you can ask us to delete your data as explained in the retention and deletion section.

You enter your own clients' data. For that data, you decide what it is used for and HanzeeLabs only stores and processes it on your behalf to provide the service. You are responsible for having the consent or legal basis needed to record it.

• Creating and maintaining your account and letting you log in.
• Providing the service: calculator, PDF quotes, client directory and business profile.
• Sending you emails needed for the service, such as your account confirmation or password reset.
• Keeping the platform secure and preventing abuse.
• We don't use your data for advertising or for any purpose other than the ones above.

We don't sell or rent your data. To run the platform we use providers that process it on our behalf and only for that purpose:

• Supabase: database, authentication and file storage.
• Vercel: site hosting.
• Google: optional sign-in, only if you choose that option.

We apply technical measures to protect your data, including the data we receive from Google:

• All communication with the platform is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
• Data is encrypted at rest on Supabase's infrastructure and passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text.
• Every database row is protected with row-level security: only your account can read and change your data.
• Administrative access to the database is restricted to the person in charge of HanzeeLabs.

We only use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and remember your language. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

The platform is aimed at businesses, not at people under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.

You can access, correct or delete your personal data, object to its processing or withdraw your consent (ARCO rights) by writing to support@hanzeelabs.com. Include your name, your account email and the right you want to exercise. We will reply within 20 business days.

We keep your data, including what we receive from Google, while your account is active.

To delete your account and your data, write to support@hanzeelabs.com from your account email. We will delete it within 30 days, and backup copies are purged on our provider's normal cycle. We may keep only what we must retain by legal obligation.

We may update this notice. We will publish the current version on this page with its last updated date. If a change affects how we use the data we receive from Google or any other personal data, we will tell you by email or inside the platform before it applies.
